HITRUST Essentials, 1-year (e1) Certification validates Drips is committed to foundational cybersecurity controls and information risk management.

Akron, Ohio, July 3, 2024 — Drips Holdings, LLC (Drips), a leading provider of Conversations as a Service (CaaS), announced its Drips platform has earned certified status by HITRUST for foundational cybersecurity. Drips’ AI-powered platform delivers two-way 1:1 conversations on a massive scale, helping organizations reach consumers at critical moments in the customer journey.

HITRUST Essentials, 1-year (e1) Certification demonstrates that the organization’s data center, residing at Microsoft Azure, is focused on the most critical controls to demonstrate that essential cybersecurity hygiene is in place. The e1 assessment is one of three progressive HITRUST assessments that leverage the HITRUST Framework (HITRUST CSF) to prescribe cyber threat adaptive controls that are appropriate for each assurance type.
