Panel Introductions
The session featured:
- Jacob Luria, CEO and Co-Founder of N1 Health
- Camille Bird, Sales, Operations, and Strategy Executive
- Dan Fox, Head of Healthcare at Drips

Data-Driven Patient Engagement Strategies
Jacob Luria kicked off the discussion on improving patient engagement through data-driven approaches. Camille Bird then shared insights from a program she led at Landmark, where comprehensive data sets were used to personalize outreach and improve patient engagement. N1 Health’s approach involved segmenting patients based on barriers like transportation issues, enabling more targeted communication. At Landmark, data-driven outreach models significantly increased patient engagement, generating approximately $10 million in additional revenue. This model was also applied to a virtual services company for seniors with serious mental illnesses, enhancing engagement among high-acuity patients.
Messaging and Scripting Optimization
Camille discussed the team’s continuous refinement of outreach messaging and scripting, adapting strategies bi-weekly based on feedback and results. These adjustments led to a 5% increase in reach rates and improved conversion rates for initial appointments.
Long-Term Engagement and Model Expansion
Camille highlighted the long-term commitment required to optimize engagement strategies. While initial implementations were swift, significant improvements were realized over 9-12 months. The iterative process of sharing data and predicting outcomes facilitated agility and responsiveness, especially during crises like hurricanes.
The Role of Proactive Engagement in Growth Strategies
Dan Fox introduced Nate Watters, who emphasized the importance of proactive communication in growing membership and retaining customers at Ambetter Health.
The session concluded with an invitation for attendees to engage with experts from N1 Health and Drips to further discuss strategies and share insights on enhancing patient engagement.
